1. Account & Access

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

2. Your Data

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into DClutter. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You may export or delete your data at any time.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use DClutter for any unlawful purpose, to store illegal content, to attempt unauthorized access to other users' data, or to interfere with the service's operation.

4. Credential Storage Disclaimer

DClutter provides encrypted credential storage as a convenience feature. While we implement industry-standard AES-256 encryption, no system is completely immune to security threats. You use credential storage at your own discretion.

5. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.

6. Limitation of Liability

DClutter is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of DClutter after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
