The people behind DClutter
We're building the Life OS we've always wanted — one that respects the full complexity of how Indian adults actually live, work, and care for their families.
Our Story
DClutter was born from a deeply Indian frustration: the modern adult who manages a career, a household, aging parents, school-going children, EMIs, insurance renewals, appliance warranties, doctor visits, and a hundred small promises — all with scattered apps that don't talk to each other.
We realized that no one lives a neatly separated “work life” and “personal life.” A school message arrives during a client call. A vendor follow-up bleeds into the evening. Life flows in both directions.
So we built DClutter — a single, calm space where both the Meera (the life steward at home) and the Arjun (the work orchestrator at the office) inside every user can coexist.
What We Believe
Built for the real Indian adult
The 28–52 year old who is Meera at home, Arjun at work, and both at the same time.
The Family Anchor
Managing school forms, medical records, insurance renewals, and home maintenance — while also running a workplace.
The Professional
Juggling client meetings, follow-ups, expense claims, and team dynamics — while also being a parent and caretaker.
The Household Unit
Couples where both partners need the same system. DClutter becomes a household tool, not just individual.
How we build
YAGNI
We only build what's needed now. No speculative features, no bloat.
Unified Design
One item system, one tag system, one association pattern. Consistency enables power.
Cultural Empathy
Built for Indian households, Indian work culture, Indian family dynamics.
Clean Architecture
Naming standards, composite keys, extension tables, and proper separation of concerns.
Tags Over Enums
Flexible, user-extensible categorization instead of rigid lists.
Extension, Not Modification
New item types, new fields — all additive. Nothing breaks when the system grows.
Built in Hyderabad, India
Designed and developed with a deep understanding of how Indian families, professionals, and households actually function. Built with care, precision, and cultural empathy.
