Account Information: Name, email address, and password when you create an account.

User Content: Tasks, contacts, documents, credentials, financial records, and other data you enter into DClutter. This is your data — we store it to provide the service.

Usage Data: Anonymous analytics to improve the product (page views, feature usage). No personal content is tracked.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to provide, maintain, and improve the DClutter service. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Security

Encryption: Sensitive data (passwords, PINs, API keys) is encrypted using AES-256 at the application level. Encryption keys are managed via Azure Key Vault.

Multi-Tenant Isolation: Every data record includes user-scoped composite keys ensuring complete isolation between users.

Transport Security: All data in transit is encrypted via TLS 1.2+.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored on Microsoft Azure infrastructure. File attachments are stored in Azure Blob Storage with encrypted-at-rest storage.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, export, correct, or delete your personal data at any time through the application settings.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. No third-party advertising cookies are used.
